AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in new energy power equipment, power generation technical services, switch control equipment, electronic products, and related technology services. It reports eight production lines, generator-set output of 1,000 sets, export sales representing 90% of total sales, and self-operated import/export rights. Customization and OEM/ODM services are available, with extensive design customization options. Service and corrective-action procedures are documented and followed, but finished-product inspections lack written records and raw-material traceability is absent. Overseas support offerings include installation, training, repair, maintenance, and debugging; however, the supplier reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch. Financial information is limited to year labels, so financial credibility cannot be assessed. No recent new products and no SDK are reported.

Supplier typeThe supplier is positioned as a manufacturer and technical-service provider covering new energy power equipment, generator-related activity, switch control equipment, and technology services. Eight production lines and stated generator-set output support classification as a production-oriented supplier, while installation, training, repair, maintenance, and debugging indicate service capability.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier lists equipment installation, training, repair, maintenance, and debugging services, and has documented procedures and records for complaints and corrective/preventive actions. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, and the overseas-service country count is stated as zero, limiting evidence of established overseas coverage.

R&D capabilityThe supplier provides ODM and multiple design customization services, but reports no available SDK and no new products during the past year. These facts demonstrate design adaptation capability but do not establish strong recent product innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier reports eight production lines, 1,000 generator sets of output, 20 qualified service-capability suppliers, and lead times within 15 working days off-season and one month in peak season. Operational weaknesses include no continuous batch quantity reconciliation and total experienced manufacturing staff recorded as zero, although the latter may reflect incomplete reporting.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also offers OEM and ODM services. This is direct evidence of broad customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier reports OEM service for well-known brands and participation in the Middle East Energy Show. These are indications of market engagement, but no customer names, project descriptions, performance outcomes, or verifiable case details are provided.
