Unlike conventional DG pumps that rely on balance discs, the DGP series adopts a symmetrical impeller self-balancing structure. It eliminates balance disc friction loss and backflow loss, achieving 5% -14% higher efficiency, lower failure rates, longer service life and greatly reduced maintenance costs

The standard version delivers solid-free clean water within - 20 celsius degree to 150 celsius degree. By upgrading materials, sealing systems and adding cooling devices, it can also transport hot water, oil, corrosive and abrasive mediums up to 185 celsius degree, covering various industrial working conditions.

The DGP pump cancels the traditional balance water leakage and mechanical friction loss. The rotor operates without axial pulsation or displacement, keeping hydraulic components in optimal matching condition without obvious efficiency attenuation. Its overall operating efficiency is 2% -14% higher than similar conventional pumps.

Common causes include impeller blockage, shaft misalignment, bearing damage, cavitation and unstable flow rate. The DGP self-balancing structure ensures stable rotor operation with low vibration and low noise. Regular cleaning, shaft alignment and bearing replacement can effectively avoid abnormal noise and vibration.
