Q:Is there any requirement for the roof when installing asphalt shingle?

The roof angle should be more than 15 degrees to prevent arching. Avoid installing in gales, and ensure up and down shingles are staggered.
Q:How many years warranty?
A:
The warranty of Sangobuild asphalt shingle is normally 20-30 years, depending on the layer configuration.
Q:Does the color fade?
A:
No, the color will not fade. We use CARLA natural stone chips from French CL Rock Group, which offer excellent weather and UV resistance.
Q:The asphalt shingle is self-adhesive, why does it still need the nail to fix it?
A:
Adhesive viscosity only increases at suitable temperatures. Nails are used to fix the shingle initially until sun exposure and temperature increase ensure strong adhesion.
Q:Is necessary to install the waterproof membrane before installing the shingle?
A:
Yes, it is necessary. You can choose from self-adhesive waterproof membrane or polymer PP/PE waterproof membrane.
