We use a 4-layer system: nylon corner guards, full EPE wrapping, waterproof cartons, and ISPM 15 wooden frames. Hardware is sealed separately; long profiles have anti-deformation supports, glass edges use custom sponges, and all parts get residue-free degradable film. Wood frames are IPPC heat-treated, fully compliant with EU 94/62/EC.
