The pipe diameter ranges from OD12mm to OD800mm, covering pipes for power threading, municipal drainage, farmland irrigation and chemical anti-corrosion

The conventional production speed is 20-30m/min, and the high-speed model can reach 45m/min. Equipped with a frequency conversion energy-saving system and stable plasticizing structure, the machine supports 24 hour uninterrupted mass production with high finished product qualification rate

Adopts high-performance single-screw extruder with 38CrMoALA nitrided screw and barrel for wear resistance. Equipped with double-layer co-extrusion mold and vacuum forming technology,,the finished pipes feature uniform wall thickness and regular corrugation, with cutting accuracy of 5mm, meeting international engineering standards
