Q:What materials and thickness can it weld?
A:
It can weld stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and galvanized sheets. 1500W welds up to 4mm, 2000W up to 5mm, and 3000W up to 7mm. Please tell us your material and thickness so we can recommend the best power.
Q:Does it have an auto wire feeder?
A:
Yes. Single wire feeder is standard for 1500W/2000W. Double wire feeder is recommended for 3000W to achieve wide welds up to 5mm. Double wire feeder is an extra 200 USD.
Q:What brands of laser sources and heads do you use?
A:
Our main standard config is MAX (Chuangxin) laser source and the Strong SUP23T 4-in-1 welding head. We also offer BWT, Raycus, JPT, and other brands as options.
Q:How long do the consumables last?
A:
Our copper nozzles are made of durable brass, lasting about 15 days, much longer than competitors' 1-3 days, which helps save long-term costs.
Q:What is your warranty?
A:
2 years for laser source, 1 year for welding head and chiller. Consumables (lens, nozzles) are not covered, but we provide them at cost price.
