6-Axis Flexible Robot Arm. Offers ~1500mm expansion height and ~1600mm reach, allowing the welding head to easily reach high, low, and side positions of large molds without moving heavy workpieces.
Mobile On-Site Repair. Equipped with large casters and a foldable joint arm, the machine can be easily transported directly to the customer's site,solving the pain point of moving massive molds.
4-Meter Control Cable & 3-Axis Joystick. Coarse positioning via joystick and quick parameter adjustment via knob screen (frequency, pulse width, power). A 35L chiller for stable long-time operation.

Q:Does the QCW need optical path adjustment before use?
A:
Normally YAG requires it, but our QCW does not. Our machine requires no adjustment of the laser path.
Q:What is the water tank capacity?
A:
QCW 300W is equipped with a 35L, 1P cooling system, providing built-in cooling with good feedback and no need for an external cooling source.
Q:What is the maximum wire diameter that can be welded?
A:
With a 300W laser, for example: 1.4mm stainless steel wire, 1.0mm aluminum wire, 0.6mm copper wire.
Q:What is the working distance?
A:
Based on the standard 110 focusing lens, the distance between the laser head and the welding surface is 100-110mm.
Q:What is not covered by the warranty?
A:
The optical fiber cable, QBH head, lens, pedal, and lamp are not covered. Everything else is included. We quote these parts separately.
