All POS products come with a 1-year/12-month warranty. We provide free components and technical assistance online and on-site during the warranty period. After the warranty, we sell original components at low prices and continue to offer technical support.

Yes, as a factory, we provide OEM and ODM services for quantity orders. OEM service is free when the order quantity meets our MOQ. If the quantity is below MOQ, we charge a low cost for OEM services.
