All of our POS products are 1 year / 12 months warranty, and we support free components and technology problem assistance online and at site within warranty, after the warranty, we also support to sell original components at cheap price, and we also support technology assistance both online and at site.

We are factory, we provide OEM and ODM service for quantity order. We provide OEM service free when order quantity fit our MOQ. and provide OEM service at cheap cost when order quantity less than our MOQ.

We are factory, Mostly we make customized order per clients specific requirements. For normal requirements of sample order ,we have spare parts stock ,and we can ship goods with 2-3 days after payment . For normal requirements of quantity order, we can ship goods with 5-7 days . For special OEM /ODM order, it will depends on clients special specific requirements.
