All POS products come with a 1-year (12-month) warranty. We support free components and technical assistance online and on-site within the warranty period. After warranty, we offer original components at low prices and continue to provide technical support.

As a factory, we provide OEM and ODM services for quantity orders. OEM service is free when the order quantity meets our MOQ. If the quantity is below MOQ, we provide OEM service at a low cost.

We primarily produce customized orders based on client requirements. For sample orders, we have spare parts in stock and can ship within 2-3 days after payment. For quantity orders, shipping takes 5-7 days. Special OEM/ODM orders depend on specific requirements.
