All POS products come with a 1-year (12-month) warranty. We provide free components and technical assistance online and on-site within the warranty period. After the warranty, we offer original components at low prices and continue to support technical assistance both online and on-site.

As a factory, we provide OEM and ODM services for quantity orders. OEM service is free when the order quantity meets our MOQ. If the order quantity is less than our MOQ, OEM service is provided at a low cost.
