The entire customization process takes time depending on the complexity of the product. Generally speaking, simple customized products may take 5-10 working days from confirmation of demand to delivery; Complex customizations, such as those involving special processes or mass customization, can take up to 2 weeks or more. We will provide you with a rough time estimate after receiving your request.

Before the first draft of the design is complete, you have more freedom to modify the custom content. Once the design has been determined and entered production, modifications may be limited, as this may lead to increased production costs and delivery delays. However, if you do need to make changes, you can communicate with our project leader and we will do our best to coordinate the process.

Of course you can. You can send us the design drawing, preferably in vector format (AI, EPS, etc.) or HD bitmap. Our designers will evaluate it, ensure that the design meets the requirements of the production process, and communicate with you to confirm the details.
