Yes. We support 110V 240V,50Hz/60Hz, we can match US plug, EU plug, UK plug according to local requirements without extra cost.

Q:What substrates and wafer sizes does your machine support?

Standard chuck fits 2 inch,4 inch,6 inch,8 inch silicon wafer, glass slides, ITO glass. Custom made chucks for 10mm-12 inch wafer or irregular substrates are available.

Q:Can we add heating module, auto dispensing function?

Optional functions include heating plate, automatic glue dispensing unit, exhaust system. We support OEM and ODM, we will adjust machine structure according to your requirements. Also we can set multi segment spin coating recipes up to 50 groups.
