The machine supports coated paper, PVC, PET, cardboard and other common materials. Note that on-metal tags have a spacer layer that increases the distance from chip to antenna-they may require higher encoding power. For curved/tag surfaces, flexibility and adhesion matter. We recommend testing with your actual label samples for verification.

This machine uses industrial piezoelectric printheads with water-cooled drying-built for long, continuous runs.

It affects both production pace and material compatibility. UV ink (SR22A) cures instantly under LED, ideal for non-absorbent materials like PET and PVC-rewind immediately after printing. Water-based ink (SR22B) relies on natural drying, requiring longer web path, better for absorbent materials like coated paper and cardboard-slightly slower in speed.

The machine has online inspection and automatic rejection. If a tag fails encoding or has abnormal data, the system marks it and automatically rejects it before rewinding. No bad tags end up in the finished roll-no manual sorting needed. This is one of the key advantages of an integrated roll-to-roll system over step-by-step processes.

Transfer directly from computer to the control system. Supports PDF, TIFF and BMP formats. Fixed text, variable text, serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes can all be laid out in software and sent directly. Once confirmed, start the machine and the system automatically reads/writes and prints in sequence.
