Q:How can I place an order?

You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?

T/T, L/C, D/P, and Western Union are the most usual ways. Other methods can be discussed.
Q:What is the order procedure?

First we discuss order details by email or TM. Then we issue a PI for confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before production. After payment, we start to process the order and prepare shipment.
Q:How do you handle defective products?
A:
We provide replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
We usually need 7-15 days if we don't have the items in stock. Peak season lead time is 1-3 months, and off-season is one month.
