Our factory is located in Lizhuang Town, Huimin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province-known as the "Hometown of Rope Nets." Customers are welcome to visit our factory anytime. Please make an appointment in advance for dedicated reception.

How many production lines do you have? What is your production capacity? What is the lead time?

We have 5 shade net production lines plus 4 safety net and rope lines. Workshop area exceeds 20,000sqm, with 1,000 employees and 2,000sqm warehouse. Standard products ship within 7-15 days after order confirmation. Bulk orders can be scheduled upon discussion.

How do you package the products? Will they be damaged during transportation?

Accepted Answer

Shade nets are packed in moisture-proof woven bags or shrink film. Safety harnesses are individually sealed. All products are palletized to standard export specifications for safe forklift handling and reduced damage risk. Each carton/roll is labeled with specs, quantity, and batch number for traceability.

Do your safety harnesses and safety nets have certifications? Which standards have they passed?

Yes. We hold the National Industrial Production License and the Special Labor Protection Product Safety Mark Certificate (LA certification). Our products strictly comply with GB6095-2009 for safety belts and GB5725 for safety nets. Every batch undergoes tensile testing and dynamic impact testing. Our products have passed provincial quality supervision spot checks with "qualified" results. Our best-selling safety harnesses have also passed international certifications such as CE and JIS.

Do your products have third-party test reports?

Yes. Every batch undergoes internal testing, and we can arrange third-party testing reports from authorized institutions upon request. Reports can be provided with shipment or sent electronically in advance.

How to choose a shade net? What mesh count (number of stitches) is suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

The choice of shade net depends on your application: (1) For agricultural greenhouse shading, 60%-80% shading rate is recommended; (2) For parking lots / outdoor events, 80%-90% is recommended; (3) For construction site dust control, 50%-70% is recommended. Our sales team will recommend the appropriate specifications based on your specific needs.
