Which excavator brands and tonnages is this upper frame compatible with?

Our upper frame is applicable to all mainstream brands of 1 to 50 ton excavators. For special models, we can also provide fully customized services based on your drawings or original samples.

Can this upper frame directly replace the original one? Does it require secondary modification?

Accepted Answer

No modification is needed. All mounting hole positions, slewing bearing mating surfaces and installation dimensions are processed in strict accordance with OEM specifications, achieving 100% interchangeability with the original frame. It can be directly bolted on during assembly.

What material is used? What about the welding process?

Accepted Answer

The main body is made of Q355B / Q460 high-strength structural steel with excellent load-bearing and impact resistance. We adopt full penetration welding process, with reinforcing ribs added at key stress points. The whole frame undergoes stress relief treatment after welding to avoid deformation under long-term heavy load.

Do you support customization? Can you produce according to our drawings?

Yes, full OEM & ODM service is supported. We can customize local structure reinforcement, paint color and brand logo according to your drawings or samples. Customized designs for special working conditions such as mining reinforcement are also available.

How long is the warranty period?

We provide 12 months warranty for the main welded structure, covering welding cracking and structural deformation under normal use. Wear parts and surface paint loss caused by normal operation are not covered, but we supply original spare parts at factory price.

Do you have stock? What is the lead time?

Standard popular models are in stock and can be shipped within 3 working days. For customized models, the production lead time is 15-30 working days, depending on the specific structure and order quantity.

How do you pack the goods to ensure safety during sea transportation?

Each upper frame is first wrapped with waterproof and rust-proof film, then fixed in a fumigation-free wooden case or reinforced steel frame to prevent collision and deformation during long-distance sea freight. Packing photos will be provided before shipment.

What quality inspections do you perform before delivery?

Each frame undergoes strict full-process inspection, including weld flaw detection, dimensional tolerance verification, form and position tolerance inspection, and mounting hole position calibration. We ensure 100% qualified delivery and can provide corresponding inspection documents upon request.

Can you supply matching parts such as slewing bearing and lower frame?

Yes. We supply a full set of excavator chassis parts including upper frame, lower frame, slewing bearing, track frame and boom arm, supporting one-stop procurement to reduce your purchasing cost and communication time.

We support EXW, FOB Qingdao, CFR, CIF and other common trade terms. Payment methods include T/T, L/C at sight,  Trade Assurance, etc. Terms can also be negotiated according to your specific procurement needs.
