The lower chassis frame of our excavators is suitable for all mainstream brands of 1 to 50 ton excavators. We can also customize production based on your drawings or original samples.
Q:Can this frame directly replace the original undercarriage frame?
A:
Yes. All mounting hole positions, mating surfaces and installation dimensions are manufactured in strict accordance with OEM specifications, achieving 100% interchangeability. It can be directly installed without secondary modification.
Q:What material is the excavator chassis frame made of?
A:
The main body is made of Q355B high-strength structural steel, which has outstanding load-bearing capacity, impact resistance and bending resistance, and can work stably under long-term heavy load conditions.
Q:Do you support OEM and customization?
A:
Yes, full OEM & ODM services are supported. We can customize the structure, paint color, brand logo and other details according to your drawings or samples, and provide targeted reinforcement design for special working conditions such as mining.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
We provide 12 months warranty for the main welded structure under normal use, covering welding cracking and structural deformation. Normal wearing parts and surface paint loss are not covered by warranty.
