Our upper frame is applicable to all mainstream brands of 1 to 50 ton excavators. For special models, we can also provide fully customized services based on your drawings or original samples.

No modification is needed. All mounting hole positions, slewing bearing mating surfaces and installation dimensions are processed in strict accordance with OEM specifications, achieving 100% interchangeability with the original frame. It can be directly bolted on during assembly.

The main body is made of Q355B / Q460 high-strength structural steel with excellent load-bearing and impact resistance. We adopt full penetration welding process, with reinforcing ribs added at key stress points. The whole frame undergoes stress relief treatment after welding to avoid deformation under long-term heavy load.

Yes, full OEM & ODM service is supported. We can customize local structure reinforcement, paint color and brand logo according to your drawings or samples. Customized designs for special working conditions such as mining reinforcement are also available.

We provide 12 months warranty for the main welded structure, covering welding cracking and structural deformation under normal use. Wear parts and surface paint loss caused by normal operation are not covered, but we supply original spare parts at factory price.
