Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. It takes about one hour from Linyi Qiyang airport to our factory and about 3 hours to Qingdao port.

Q:What is the MOQ and delivery time?

The MOQ is 5 tons for each order. Standard delivery takes 20-25 days after receiving the advanced payment. If making a new mould, there will be an extra 10-15 days to finish and test.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T and L/C. For T/T, 30% deposit is paid within 3 days of order confirmation, and the balance is paid before packing. For L/C, 30% deposit is paid by T/T, and the balance is paid by L/C at sight.

Q:How do you guarantee quality?

We use high-quality A00 aluminum ingot and world-famous brand powder, never recycled aluminum. We test moulds until quality passes, follow QC during every production step, and accept third-party inspections like SGS, TUV, and BV.

Q:Can you provide custom designs?

Yes, we support custom designs. We can use our existing moulds for free, open new moulds based on customer drawings (moulding fee is free for orders over 5-15 tons), or redesign as requested.
