How long is the delivery time?

New moulds take 7-12 days plus 3-5 days for testing. Manufacturing takes 15-25 days. The shortest delivery time after moulding is 15-17 days.

What happens if I cancel after paying the deposit?

Mould costs are non-refundable. If products are produced or materials prepared, the deposit is not returned. If the order is not arranged and materials are not ready, the deposit can be returned with currency exchange adjustments.
