Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. It takes about one hour from Linyi Qiyang airport to our factory and about 3 hours to Qingdao port.

Q:What is the MOQ and delivery time?

The MOQ is 5 tons for each order. Delivery takes 20-25 days after receiving the advanced payment. If making a mold, there will be an extra 10-15 days to finish and test.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit within 3 days, balance before packing), L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union, and D/P.
