What is the delivery time for new moulds?

New moulds take 7-12 days, testing and repair take 3-5 days, and manufacturing takes 15-25 days. Shortest delivery is 15-17 days after moulding.

What happens if I pay a deposit but cancel the order?

Mould costs are non-refundable. If products are produced or materials prepared, deposits are not returned. If the order is not arranged and materials are not ready, deposits are refunded with exchange rate adjustments.
