Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. It takes about one hour from Linyi Qiyang airport and 3 hours to Qingdao port.

Q:What is the MOQ and delivery time?

The MOQ is 5 tons per order. Delivery takes 20-25 days after receiving payment. If mold making is required, an extra 10-15 days is needed.

Q:What are your payment terms?

T/T: 30% deposit within 3 days of order confirmation, balance before packing. L/C: 30% deposit via T/T, balance at sight.

Q:How do you guarantee product quality?

We use high-quality A00 aluminum ingots, test molds until passing, and perform 100% inspection at every step. Third-party inspections like SGS are accepted.
