Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. It takes about one hour from Linyi Qiyang airport to our factory and about 3 hours to Qingdao port.

Q:What is the MOQ and delivery time?

The MOQ is 5 tons for each order. Delivery time is 20-25 days after receiving the advanced payment. If making a new mold, there will be an extra 10-15 days to finish and test.

Q:What are your payment terms?

For T/T: 30% deposit within 3 days of order confirmation, remaining balance paid by T/T before packing. For L/C: 30% deposit by T/T within 3 days, remaining balance paid by L/C at sight.

Q:How do you guarantee product quality?

We use high-quality A00 aluminum ingots and famous brand powders without recycled materials. We test molds until quality passes, follow orders with QC at every step, and perform 100% visual inspection. Third-party inspections like SGS, TUV, and BV are accepted.
