Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China, about one hour from Linyi Qiyang airport and 3 hours from Qingdao port.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ is 5 tons for each order.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Delivery takes 20-25 days after receiving the advanced payment. If moulding is required, an extra 10-15 days is needed for finishing and testing.

Q:What are your payment terms?

For T/T, 30% deposit within 3 days of order confirmation and the balance before packing. For L/C, 30% deposit via T/T and the balance via L/C at sight.

Q:How do you guarantee product quality?

We use high-quality raw materials, test moulds until quality passes, and perform 100% inspection at every step. Third-party inspections like SGS, TUV, and BV are accepted.
