How long is the delivery time?

Making new moulds takes 7-12 days, testing 3-5 days, and manufacturing 15-25 days. The shortest delivery time after making new moulds is 15-17 days.

What if I pay the deposit but don't want to buy?

Mould costs are not refunded. If products are produced or materials are prepared, the deposit is not returned. If the order is not arranged and materials are not ready, the deposit can be returned with a reasonable currency exchange rate.
