How long does delivery take?

New moulds take 7-12 days, testing 3-5 days, and manufacturing 15-25 days. Shortest delivery after moulding is 15-17 days, excluding monthly holidays.

What happens if I pay a deposit but cancel the order?

Mould costs are non-refundable. If products are produced or materials prepared, deposits are not returned. If the order is unarranged and materials are not ready, deposits are refunded with currency exchange adjustments.
