The pneumatic conveying system conveys petrochemical polymer, particles, powder; used in plastic processing for raw material storage, loading, weighing, mixing; electric power for fly ash and desulfurization ash; food and pharmaceutical for mixing, crushing, drying; and grain storage transfer.

Key characteristics include bulk specific gravity, material strength distribution, material temperature, moisture content, conveying capacity, horizontal distance, vertical height, and elbow quantity. Requirements cover continuous or intermittent operation and boundaries with upstream/downstream equipment.

The shunt valve changes flow direction using a plug structure with reliable sealing. It is driven by a pinion and rack swing cylinder or electric actuator, controlled by a magnetic switch and electromagnetic reversing valve to achieve reversing.

Do not switch during material conveying. When the flow path is shared with a cartridge valve, the cartridge valve must be turned off before switching.
