High-Quality Stainless Steel Shunt Valve for Pneumatic Conveying Systems

The pneumatic conveying system conveys petrochemical polymer, particles, powder; used in plastic processing for raw material storage, loading, weighing, mixing; power plant fly ash, desulfurization ash, dust; food and pharmaceutical production materials, mixing, crushing, drying; and grain storage transfer process.

The shunt valve changes the flow direction of transported material using a plug structure. It is driven by a pinion and rack swing cylinder or electric actuator, with a magnetic switch to indicate and control direction, achieving reversing via electromagnetic reversing valve control.

Do not switch during material conveying. When the flow path is shared with a cartridge valve, the cartridge valve must be turned off before switching.
