A:
Yes. For high-temperature or special gas media (like sewage gas), we use special heat-resistant seals, corrosion-resistant coatings, and specific materials like stainless steel or ductile iron. We also offer water-cooled designs for applications involving higher thermal loads.
Q:Roots blowers are known for being loud. How do you control the noise?
A:
We use an advanced Tri-Lobe rotor design which significantly reduces airflow pulsation compared to twin-lobe models. Additionally, our units are equipped with high-performance inlet and outlet silencers. For extremely sensitive environments, we can provide optional Acoustic Enclosures to further reduce noise levels.
