The shunt valve adopts the plug structure with reliable sealing and flexible reversing. It uses pinion and rack swing cylinder or electric actuator to drive the cock to reverse, with a magnetic switch to indicate and control the direction.

Main component materials include HT250, QT500, and OCr18Ni9 for the shell and rotor, and 45, OCr18Ni for the axis of rotation.

Do not switch during material conveying. When the flow path is shared with the cartridge valve, the cartridge valve must be turned off before switching.
