We supply slaughter lines from 100bph to 20000bph. For 100-300bph, we suggest manual systems; 300-800bph, our free establish container type line; more than 1000bph, we supply slaughterhouse type.

Manual cut up line, use workers cut up chickens on the chain line or separate core; Automatic cut up line, still now we only have 40HC container free establish line, max speed is 5000bph, no need workers, all automatic.

Screw chiller is working with cooling water, so if you want the effect is good, you need arrange water chiller and ice flake for cooling the normal water into cold water, its okay for the country that water is enough. Air chiller is like a cold room, which uses compressor unit and conveying line to make birds moving in the room, then the cold air meet with carcasses.
