Brightness (Illuminance): Adjustable from 4,000 to 180,000 LUX for the 700 head and 3,500 to 160,000 LUX for the 500 head.
Color Temperature: Adjustable within the range of 3700K-5100K, allowing surgeons to choose the best visual environment for distinguishing tissues and reducing eye fatigue.
Q:Q: What makes the "Diamond Lens" design special compared to standard surgical lights?
A:
A: Our lights utilize a specialized hexagonal diamond lens design made from imported Japanese Mitsubishi PMMA material. This design offers over 90% light transmittance (93% at 3mm thickness) and creates a multi-point focus combination. This ensures an ideal shadowless effect, excellent depth of illumination (at least 1000mm), and prevents glare, providing clear visibility even in deep cavities.
Q:Q: How long do the LED lamps last, and do they generate significant heat?

A: The LED lamps have an ultra-long average lifespan of at least 60,000 hours, which is 40 times longer than halogen lamps, meaning you rarely need to replace them. Regarding heat, the system uses an internal flower-structure aluminum heat sink and nano-coating technology. This ensures a very low temperature rise: no more than 0.5 celsius at the surgeon's head and no more than 2 celsius in the surgical field, preventing tissue dehydration.
Q:Q: Is the color rendering sufficient for distinguishing different tissues and organs?
A:
A: Yes, high color rendering is a key feature. The light provides a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of at least 97% and a Color Fidelity Index (Ra) of at least 92%. This high fidelity allows surgeons to clearly distinguish between arteries, veins, nerves, and other tissues, significantly improving the accuracy of the operation.
Q:Q: Do you offer customization for the lenses or specific LED chips?

A: Yes, we support customization. While our standard design is optimized for CREE XP light sources, the lenses can also be adapted for other brands or specifications like "3535" or "3030" LEDs. We also offer various surface finishes for the lenses (glossy, matte, prismatic) and can adjust the beam angles (10 degree to 90 degree ) to meet specific hospital requirements.
