AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryQingdao Guwow Fitness Equipment Co., Ltd. is a China-based trading company established on August 8, 2024, focused on fitness and gym equipment. It offers broad customization and 3D software design services, and its business scope includes sporting-goods wholesale, retail, rental, fitness services, and import/export. The supplier has no stated management-system certifications, no available SDK, and no factory environmental impact assessment report. Its material-traceability status is unknown. Service capability includes a clear customer-complaint procedure, but supplier-service assessment and corrective-action procedures lack written records. The available audit record identifies BV as the auditing organization and covers the period from March 31, 2025 to March 30, 2026, but the evaluation result is recorded as 0 without explanatory detail. Production capacity is not demonstrated, and no customer cases are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company and trading company located in Qingdao, Shandong, China. Its stated business scope covers sporting-goods wholesale and retail, equipment rental, fitness-related services, and import/export activities, indicating a commercially oriented intermediary rather than an explicitly documented manufacturer.

CertificationsThe supplier reports no management-system certifications. A BV audit record is present for March 31, 2025 through March 30, 2026, but the recorded audit evaluation result is 0 and no interpretation or certification outcome is provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a clear procedure and followed records for handling customer complaints, which supports a defined complaint-response capability. However, supplier-service assessment and corrective/preventive-action processes have no written procedures or records, limiting evidence of a broader structured after-sales system.

R&D capabilityThe supplier is identified as a professional technical supplier, provides 3D software design services, and reports two years of total R&D engineer experience. However, no SDK is available, and the limited R&D staffing evidence does not establish a strong innovation infrastructure.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also provides 3D software design services, directly supporting the stated customization offering.
