AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryShandong Xianggong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer/factory located in Jining, Shandong. It reports established after-sales coverage, including at least two years of quality assurance and rapid response, and offers customized construction machinery, ODM, and OEM services. Export activity has continued for eight years, with exports representing 51%–70% of total sales and supported by both agency and self-operated export channels. However, the supplier reports no recent new products, no R&D patents, no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, or branches, and no participation in offline trade shows. Service capability procedures and complaint/CAPA records are not documented, while environmental assessment and recent fire-drill evidence are absent. Financial-year references are provided, but no financial performance evidence is available.

Supplier typeThe supplier explicitly identifies itself as a manufacturer/factory and a limited company operating in Jining, Shandong, China. This directly supports classification as a manufacturing supplier rather than only a trading intermediary.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it has a sound after-sales service system, provides at least two years of quality assurance, and offers rapid response intended to restore equipment operation quickly. However, the assessment indicates no written service procedures or followed records, while complaint handling and corrective/preventive action procedures exist without written records; service commitments are therefore positive but documentation is incomplete.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products in the past year and zero R&D patents, which are explicit limitations. It does have R&D design-input/output, review, verification, and validation documentation, uses AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and provides ODM services; these capabilities do not offset the stated lack of recent product innovation and patents.

Production capacityThe supplier is identified as a manufacturer/factory and reports eight years of exporting, export coverage of 51%–70% of total sales, and both agency and self-operated export channels. Finished products are checked by packing staff, but no broader production scale, capacity, equipment, or quality-control metrics are provided.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers tailor-made construction machinery, flexible customization, ODM services, and an R&D responsibility focused on converting customer customization requirements. The availability of design documentation and CAD tools further supports an established customization process.
