Q:How long can the bamboo wadding remain vacuum compressed without losing its loft?
A:
Our high-resilience bamboo fibers are tested to maintain quick recovery even after 3 to 6 months in vacuum-compressed packaging. Once opened and unrolled, the wadding bounces back to its original thickness within 24 to 48 hours.
Q:Can you customize the GSM, roll dimensions, and blend materials?
A:
Yes, absolutely. We customize weight from 60 GSM to 400 GSM, widths up to 300cm, and custom roll lengths. We can also blend bamboo fibers with organic cotton, silk, or recycled polyester (rPET) according to your insulation and sustainability requirements.
