Q:What products can this MCM soft stone production line manufacture?
A:
It can produce various MCM flexible decorative panels such as imitation granite, travertine, sandstone, imitation brick and imitation wood grain. Product styles can be quickly changed by replacing moulds.
Q:How many workers are required to operate the whole production line?
A:
The equipment features high automation with PLC intelligent joint control. Only 3-5 operators are needed per shift, greatly saving labor cost.
Q:Does the soft stone production line consume much energy?
A:
It does not require high-temperature sintering like traditional tiles. Adopting segmented medium & low temperature curing process, it has lower energy consumption and belongs to low-carbon and environmentally friendly building material production equipment.
Q:What heating options are available for the drying tunnel?
A:
Gas heating and electric heating are optional. The wind speed, temperature and humidity inside the tunnel are adjustable to prevent products from warping and cracking.
