SummaryThe supplier is identified as a professional technical supplier offering 3D design and broad customization services, including ODM, design-based, sample-based, full, minor, and flexible customization. It reports manufacturing contracts with affiliated subcontractors, inventory capability, and one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons. Certifications include CE and ISO 9001:2015. R&D staff support new product development, process optimization, technical troubleshooting, sales promotion, after-sales support, and sample testing; however, no new product was developed in the past year and no SDK is available. The supplier lacks overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, and stated overseas service coverage. Quality assurance is reported, but corrective-action and complaint-handling procedures lack written records. Sustainability and digital-management capabilities show material gaps, including no recent fire drills, no environmental impact assessment report, and no ERP, OA, CRM, or SAP...

After-Sales capabilityR&D responsibilities include technical support for after-sales service, abnormal-problem handling, and sample testing. The supplier also reports a customer-complaint procedure and quality assurance, but the procedure has no written records, limiting evidence of consistent execution.

Production capacityThe supplier reports valid manufacturing contracts with affiliated subcontractors, inventory capability, 15 qualified service-capability suppliers, and one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons.
