What is the MOQ? Can we place orders in small quantities?

The MOQ for regular products is 100 pieces per style. We do not have any in-stock products. All orders are processed based on customer requirements and bulk orders below the MOQ are not supported. Samples can be provided for testing and evaluation.

Can samples be provided? How long is the sample period?

Samples are supported. The sample production period is approximately 45 days. After the large quantity order is reached, half of the sample cost can be refunded.

Do you support OEM/ODM customization? Can the color, size, and LOGO be changed?

Accepted Answer

We support OEM & ODM. The size, paint color, printed laser LOGO, and packaging labels can be customized. Customization requires a MOQ of 100; additional costs will be incurred for LOGO design.

What's your payment term?

We accept T/T. 30% deposite and 70% balance.

Can new products be developed based on our drawings or 3D files?

Yes. Please provide the drawings, dimensions, materials, and reference pictures of the appearance. We will assess the feasibility, quote the price, and determine the mold production and sample testing cycle.

How long does the production cycle for bulk orders take?

The standard production lead time is 45 days (counted from the receipt of the deposit); during holidays such as the Spring Festival, it will be postponed. It does not include the shipping time.

Do you have a stock of products?

No stock. All products are purchased and scheduled for production after receiving the order. We do not stockpile.

What trade terms can be used?

FOB Qingdao is commonly used, and EXW, CFR, CIF, etc. are also supported. The terms will be confirmed according to the customer's requirements.

How many items can a 20GP/40HQ container hold?

The exact quantity depends on the specific product model. We can assist customers in calculating the number of containers.

Question 11

Can we inspect the goods before shipment? Can it be inspected by a third party?

Yes. The factory conducts internal QC inspection; customers or third-party inspection agencies are welcome to inspect the goods at the factory. The travel expenses incurred during the inspection are borne by the customers.

How long is the product warranty period?

One Year, The warranty covers manufacturing defects; damage caused by human error, or knocks during transportation is not within the warranty scope. We conduct strict quality checks before shipment; for damages during sea transportation, we recommend that customers purchase cargo insurance.

What should be done if there are quality issues with the received goods?

Please provide clear photos, videos, and the box number. We will assess the cause of the problem; if it is a manufacturing issue of the factory, we will negotiate a subsequent replenishment or compensation plan; for transportation damage, it will be handled by the insurance / freight forwarder.
