For commercial floor-standing water dispensers, the MOQ is typically 1-2 units; for large-scale industrial water treatment equipment (such as RO systems), we accept orders of a single unit for project testing. Once quality is confirmed, the MOQ for bulk orders can be negotiated flexibly.

Standard commercial models usually take 5-15 working days, while large custom industrial equipment (e.g., RO systems with capacities over 5T/H) typically requires 15-30 working days. We can also prioritize production for urgent orders by adjusting our manufacturing schedule.

Commercial units are typically packed using custom-made, extra-thick honeycomb cartons, corner protectors, and stretch wrap; large industrial equipment is secured on wooden pallets or in wooden crates. All export wooden packaging comes with IPPC fumigation certification, fully complying with customs entry requirements for ports in Europe, the US, and worldwide.

Yes, we have extensive OEM/ODM experience. We can apply your logo via screen printing, UV printing, or laser engraving on the machine panel. We can also customize the startup screen on the large display and the machine's color scheme to meet your specific requirements.

We offer a one-year warranty on the entire unit (warranty terms for certain commercial models are negotiable). During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts for core components (such as heating elements, water pumps, circuit boards, and control valves) that fail due to non-human-induced issues.
