AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryHaoma (Beijing) Technology Co., Limited is a China-based trading company established in 2019 with three employees. It reports a 20+ person experienced sales team, nationwide offices, broad export-market coverage, and product selection, configuration, logistics, quotation, and after-sales support. However, the evidence shows no valid import/export license, no production or professional technical-supplier status, no new products launched in the previous year, one R&D engineer, no ODM/OEM/SDK capability, and no overseas operational presence. Customization is stated across design-based, full, minor, and flexible categories. Service-management procedures, corrective-action records, complaint-handling procedures, and quality-control staffing are absent or unavailable. Financial information is limited to year labels without performance metrics, so financial credibility cannot be assessed. No certification information or customer cases are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a trading company and a limited company, with three employees and no affiliation with a larger company group. It is not presented as a manufacturer or professional technical supplier, and it reports no valid import/export license.

After-Sales capabilityThe company description claims after-sales service, but the assessment records no written procedures or followed records for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, or effective complaint handling. The stated service offering is therefore not supported by documented controls.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports one R&D engineer, no new products launched in the past year, no professional technical-supplier R&D capability, and no ODM, SDK, or product-information R&D capability. These explicit limitations indicate weak demonstrated innovation capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly lists customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization in both relevant records. This directly supports a broad stated customization offering, although the slices do not provide examples or capacity details.
