SESAME warrants products to be free from manufacturer's defects. We repair or replace non-consumable parts (excluding casing, accessories, batteries, cable, and power supply) and bear one-side post shipping costs.

Yes, we provide free standard software to customers and offer a free SDK for integrators and OEMs to integrate the controller with their applications.
