Depend on items, some we can, some need mould cost. If you need to customize others, please contact us.
Q:What is your packing method?

For sample, we will pack in a carton or a wooden box. For bulk, packed in carton each, then put in the pallets together.
Q:How long is the delivery time?
A:
Samples need 7-10 days, bulk orders depend the quantity. If have stock, will send out at once when received payment.
Q:If we can get free sample before bulk orders?
A:
We have no free samples. When you place the bulk order, we will return the sample cost to you.
Q:What is your payment way?
A:
Bank transfer or Western union Full payment for less USD5000 T/T, 40% deposit, balance before deliver if more than USD5000.
