Typically, a sand base suffices for laying our remarkable artificial grass. However, if you encounter areas with poor drainage, a combination of sand and hardcore is ideal. In spots with excellent drainage, feel free to lay it directly on compacted sod. Our versatile grass can also be installed over timber floors or any solid surface, and gravel is a viable choice if topped with a layer of compacted sand.

While it might be tempting to overlay new synthetic grass on your existing lawn, we do not recommend it. Over time, the old grass will perish, leading to potential unevenness on your pristine new surface.
