Q:Can you customize the equipment based on my profile?

Customization is supported. We can customize the stroke, tooling fixtures, tool magazine configuration, etc., according to the maximum length, cross-sectional dimensions, and processing steps of the profile. We can provide drawing evaluation and trial testing.

Q:What are the payment terms and packaging?

A prepayment is made after the contract is signed, and the balance is paid after FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) acceptance at the factory before shipment. The machine is packaged with waterproof film or plywood crates, suitable for full container load (FCL) or less-than-container load (LCL) shipments.

Q:Do you provide installation, commissioning, and operation training?

Two options are available: 1. Remote video + operation manual, customer self-installation; 2. On-site installation, commissioning, and operator training by an engineer.
