Product Q&A

Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a real factory with more than 14 years of experience in manufacturing staircases and railings, supplying to many commercial companies. You can contact our Technical Sales Manager Yuri for a video chat to see our factory.

Q:How do you ensure correct installation on site?

All our staircases undergo trial assembly according to the shop drawings before delivery to guarantee correct sizes and strength.

Q:How are damages during delivery avoided?

Most parts are packed in standard exporting plywood boxes. Long stringers can also be packed into wooden boxes for durability during container delivery.

Q:Do staircases require large container space?

Staircases are packed and delivered in separate parts in boxes. If stringers are not packed with other parts, they do not require too much space in the container.

Q:What information is needed to start an order?

Since all stairs are customized, we need your building measurements (floor height, stairwell width, length, etc.). Providing building drawings is highly recommended.
