Q:What flooring materials can LANGUAN 860 adhesive bondr?
A:
It is applicable for PVC sheet flooring, PVC tile flooring and composite vinyl flooring including foam backed and fiber backed types, for inorganic absorbent base surfaces.
Q:What preparation work should be done for substrate before application?
A:
The substrate must be flat dry clean, free of oil dust wax and other contaminants. Loose or uneven base surface needs repair and leveling work before glue application.
Q:What is the key installation operation requirement?
A:
Stir adhesive thoroughly before use. Apply evenly with notched trowel. Lay flooring material within 20 to 30 minutes open time. Roll flooring from center to outside to exhaust trapped air.
Q:When can the floor bear load after installation?
A:
Do not apply heavy load or water exposure within 24 to 48 hours. The surface can be walked on after 24 hours, full curing completes after 24 to 48 hours.
Q:What are the storage requirements for this adhesive?
A:
Keep product sealed and stored within 5 to 30 degree Celsius, avoid freezing and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months under proper sealed storage.
