AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a diversified steel and smart furniture manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. It reports more than 12 years of manufacturing experience, advanced production equipment, testing systems, quality assurance, and raw-material traceability. Its R&D offering includes 3D software design and multiple customization modes, but no SDK is available. Export sales account for 90%, although the supplier reportedly began exporting only one year ago. Inventory capability is available, while overseas warehousing and showroom services are not. Key weaknesses include the absence of written corrective-action and complaint-handling procedures, no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, and unknown status for fire drills and environmental assessment documentation. No certification holdings or specific customer cases are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is described as a diversified furniture manufacturer and a professional steel-furniture manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. It is identified as a combined company and is not an offshore company.

After-Sales capabilityThe company claims to provide perfect after-sales service, but it has no written procedures or records for corrective and preventive actions or for handling customer complaints. The positive claim is therefore offset by a documented process weakness.

R&D capabilityThe supplier integrates R&D into its operations, identifies as a professional technical supplier, and provides 3D software design services and flexible customization. However, no SDK is available, limiting evidence of software-integration capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports advanced production equipment, precise testing systems, smart-factory development, a factory phase placed into production, more than 12 years of manufacturing experience, and in-stock capability. Nevertheless, it has no valid contract covering manufacturing capacity with related subcontractors, which is a supply-governance weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, together with 3D software design services. This directly supports broad customization capability.
