The bed is made of high-strength cast iron with wide guideways (550mm) and induction hardening, offering excellent rigidity and strong vibration resistance, ensuring long-term machining accuracy.
Spindle bore up to 105/130mm (B/C series), combined with D11 spindle nose and MT5 tailstock sleeve, allows large-diameter bar stock passage, reducing material waste.
18-step spindle speeds (7.5-1000 rpm) with 64 longitudinal feeds enable cutting of metric, inch, module, and diametral pitch threads, covering diverse workpiece requirements.
The CW6263 gap-bed version offers swing over gap up to 830-930mm after removing the bridge, ideal for flanges, gearbox housings, and other oversized disc-shaped parts.
Highly interchangeable spare parts and low maintenance costs; each machine undergoes strict inspection before leaving the factory, ensuring stable and continuous operation for years.
